How to Treat Base Spills
Instructions:
• Place Pad, Sock or Pillow around & onto the spill
• Sprinkle Powder around & onto the spill
• Allow to encapsulate & neutralize
• Color change will occur during neutralization
• Once neutral, pick up or sweep, scoop & dispose
• Dispose of neutralized blend in accordance with local, state & federal regulations
CAUTION: During neutralization, some heat & off gassing will occur. Not recommended for use on metallic nitrates, cyanides, sulfides & strong oxidizers. Contact with sodium or calcium hypochlorite creates chlorine gas. Use in well ventilated area. Appropriate personal protective equipment should be used.
