This is a specialized role so please read carefully. We're looking for a Sales superstar who already knows the property management and facilities world— and successfully sold products and services into the industry.

  • Industrial/manufacturing facilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Become a subject matter expert on flood preparedness and mitigation
    solutions for the market leading manufacturer
  • Be positively persuasive in your ability to communicate ROI and Cost
    Savings to entire organizational hierarchies
  • Identify new business opportunities and vertical market applications
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations (hybrid of
    remote/in person)
  • Build relationships for target markets
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing on vertical campaigns and lead generation
  • Track pipeline activity and forecast sales performance

 Our ideal team member has:

  • 3–10+ years in hands on or B2B sales experience in Property
    Management or Facilities is non-negotiable
  • A strong understanding of the daily, seasonal, and emergency needs
    of the market
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Bonus points for existing relationships within the market
  • Comfortable with regional travel and trade events
  • CRM proficiency
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through

Compensation

  • From $65,000.00 per year
  • Base Salary + commission
