Complete Embalming System (CES) for Organ and Tissue Banks
The Complete Embalming System is a comprehensive solution designed for the organ and tissue banking community to ensure thorough embalming and reconstruction. It includes Artificial Arteries for fluid distribution, Bio Bones prosthetics for structural integrity, and Liquid Lock absorbents to prevent leakage. This system minimizes the need for re-opening the donor, reducing chemical exposure and reconstruction time while maintaining a natural appearance. Designed with biodegradable and clean-burning materials, it offers an efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly approach to embalming and body restoration.
Liquid Lock Absorbents
Converts fluid into gel – prevents seepage, leaks, and discharge.
More effective than cotton or gauze – retains fluid completely.
Absorbs 500 times its weight – small amounts are highly effective.
Overuse is not an issue – thorough application is encouraged.
Blended with cellulose fiber – adds bulk for filling cavities and voids.

Bio-Bones Prosthetics
• Biodegradable bone replacement prosthetics
• Made from PLA Corn Resin (Polylactic Acid)
• Designed surgical blue to distinguish from plastic
• Molded for a better fit
• Easily and quickly adjusts to size with slide & twist lock design
• Provides rigidity & fills voids
• Cremation friendly - turns to ash in retort (doesn’t melt)
• No sharps, pins or hazards
• Easily reshaped by user if necessary

Artificial Arteries
Artificial Arteries provide effective internal irrigation system for embalming fluids to extremities.
Since donation cases often result in an unusable arterial system, this provides a quick & easy method to treat extremities.
Artificial Arteries are used with Liquid Lock absorbent pads to prevent seepage & leakage & allow permeation of embalming solution to surrounding tissue.
