President and Founder
Carol Dancer is a distinguished entrepreneur and the owner and president of Absorbent Specialty Products, a company she founded in 2004 specializing in flood control solutions. Under her leadership, the company launched its core brand, Quick Dam, in 2012, providing innovative flood prevention products that have gained national recognition. With two design patents and features on major networks like The Weather Channel and Fox News, Ms. Dancer has cemented her reputation as a leader in the industry.
Her achievements have earned her multiple awards, including the Small Business Administration’s New England Women-Owned Small Business Award. Passionate about innovation and safety, she continues to expand her company’s reach while also dedicating time to volunteering at her local animal shelter and enjoying outdoor adventures with her family.
