15. SHIPPING

UPS & Absorbent Specialty Products cannot guarantee or be liable for shipments during extreme circumstances, such as severe weather, state of emergencies, protests, or any situation that causes delays.  Refunds on shipping charges due to delays cannot be refunded.  UPS & Absorbent Specialty Products ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Time in transit is only Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
